The M&A Survey analyses Belgian market practices regarding company acquisitions and share purchase agreements. The sixth edition was conducted in the summer of 2025 and covers the period 2020 through the first six months of 2025. Together with the previous editions, we have now analysed more than 20 years of Belgian M&A market trends (2004- H1 2025).
